What to expect from the conference (NUPC)?
A curated combination of plenary talks, student presentations, panel discussions, workshops, poster sessions, networking, and fun outreach activities.
When and where will the conference take place?
The conference will be held from 16th December 2025 to 19th December 2025 at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Tirupati.
Timings of the conference?
• 15th December 2025 – 6:30 p.m. – Orientation
• 16th to 19th December 2025 – 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. + Optional networking/social sessions every evening
Who can attend?
While the primary focus is on undergraduate physics students, the event also welcomes all graduate students who have not completed their master's degree by December 2025. Interdisciplinary participation is encouraged, especially from mathematics, engineering, and related fields with physics-relevant work.
When will all the details of the event be made available?
A detailed schedule will be sent once the registration process is completed.
