The conference will be held from 9–11 December 2026 at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Tirupati, Tirupati.
9 December 2026: Orientation at 6:30 PM 9–11 December 2026: Conference sessions from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Optional networking/social sessions in the evenings.
The conference is primarily intended for undergraduate physics students. It also welcomes graduate students who have not completed their master's degree by December 2026. Students from mathematics, engineering, and related disciplines with physics-relevant work are encouraged to participate.
A curated combination of plenary talks, student presentations, panel discussions, workshops, poster sessions, networking opportunities, and outreach activities.
